Built by ISPs, for ISPs

The knock that closes tomorrow started with a search three weeks ago. Prove it.

LeadSmart is marketing analytics rebuilt around the one thing a fiber ISP actually sells to: the address. Web visits, mail drops and door knocks resolve to one household — so you can finally see which campaigns create serviceable prospects, durable installs, and payback.

Built inside the industry by an ISP analytics team that got tired of session counts.

One household. Five touches, three channels, six weeks. GA4 sees four unrelated strangers — LeadSmart sees the journey, because every touch resolved to the same address.
The one idea

Your analytics counts sessions. Your business sells to addresses.

Every design question in LeadSmart resolves the same way: what does this mean for the household? That single shift is why it can answer questions no web-analytics tool is shaped to ask.

Session-keyed analytics

“Your campaign drove 4,200 sessions.”

Cookies expire in seven days on Safari. The spouse on a different device is a different visitor. The door knock doesn't exist. The mail drop doesn't exist. Serviceability doesn't exist. It isn't a bad tool — it's the wrong unit of identity for a fiber business.

Address-keyed measurement

“Your campaign reached 512 serviceable households; 41 have installed and stayed.”

The address is stitched server-side with a frozen, deterministic key — never from the browser. An apartment building without a unit is a building, never a household. Confidence is surfaced on every stitch, because one visibly wrong household costs trust in every number.

The number the whole product is aimed at

From first visit to durable install, one measured funnel

Serviceability checks, orders and installs from your own systems — web tag, CRM export, mail file, knock list — deduplicated and joined by address, with clawbacks counted against the campaign that claimed the install.

Illustrative numbers. The sentence this screen exists to produce: “this mail caused 17 incremental installs and paid for itself in 3.8 months” — computed against the campaign's own control group, or labelled an upper bound when one didn't run.
Platform

Everything a fiber marketer runs, measured in one place

Address-keyed identity

One frozen, deterministic key per household, computed server-side. Web, CRM, mail and field data join without probabilistic guessing — and a building is never mistaken for a household.

Online-to-field attribution

The founding wedge: the door knock that closes an address that searched you weeks earlier. First- and last-touch credit across web, direct mail and D2D, with install — not order — as the conversion.

Campaign integrity

Deterministic holdouts carved per campaign, incremental lift, and payback months computed against the control group — never against the households you were always going to win anyway.

Privacy that holds up

Consent and Global Privacy Control honored on every event. Suppression re-checked at the moment of every export. Erasure that actually erases — and stays erased through rebuilds.

Audiences that can leave

Mail files with suppression counted by reason, knock lists your D2D platform imports, and hashed Customer Match audiences — gated by your own counsel's sign-off and platform serving minimums.

A tag that behaves

~3KB, explicit events only, first-party deployment on your own domain, and it can never break your site — the collector answers politely to everything and validates on our side, not in your visitor's browser.

How it works

Durable at every hop, rebuildable from the source

Your raw events are the source of truth — plain, exportable NDJSON, never locked inside anyone's proprietary store. Everything downstream can be rebuilt from them, which means a better model reclassifies all of history, not just tomorrow.

01Your site & systemsThe tag, your CRM exports, mail files, knock lists — through one door with per-row receipts.
02Durable edgeAccepted events are queued before they're stored — a browser answer means the event survives.
03Raw event logAppend-only NDJSON, partitioned by tenant and day. Yours to export, audit, or walk away with.
04WarehouseAddress resolution, identity stitching, attribution and funnels — all recomputable, all deduplicated.
05AnswersDashboards, campaign payback, exportable audiences, and alerts when the pipeline itself degrades.
Why you can trust the numbers

Built like an instrument, not a highlight reel

Marketing analytics has a credibility problem: every tool grades its own homework. LeadSmart is built on the opposite instinct — the parts of the product that made us proudest are the ones that refuse to answer.

Nothing is silently dropped.

Every rejected row is quarantined with a reason and your file's own line number. A batch that's too dirty to load tells you why, row by row.

Confidence is surfaced, never hidden.

Every household stitch carries its confidence. One visibly wrong match costs trust in every other number — so you see the seams.

Observed and confirmed are different claims.

A website's “order completed” and your OSS's install record disagree more often than anyone expects. We keep them apart — seeing the gap is the point.

Lift is measured, or labelled.

Payback computed against a real control group when one ran — and stamped “upper bound” when it didn't. An unmeasured claim never wears a measured one's clothes.

Too small to judge says so.

Small denominators, tiny audiences, thin windows — the product says “not enough data to mean anything” instead of inventing a percentage.

The pipeline watches itself.

Key-rate monitoring, install checks that re-verify, edge-to-storage reconciliation. When collection degrades, you hear it from us — not from a suspiciously quiet dashboard.

Design partner program

Regional fiber, alt-nets, munis — this was built for you

We're onboarding a small number of design partners: ISPs who want address-level campaign truth and are willing to shape the roadmap with their real files. If that's you, let's talk.
